How we make and update guides

We start with official documentation, storefronts, support pages, and developer announcements. Community sources are labelled when used. Every factual page includes its sources and verification date.

AI may assist with finding and organizing public information. We do not present generated text as hands-on testing, invent missing values, or turn an announced release into a confirmed release.

A change to an answer updates its modification date. Checking a source or fixing typography does not make an old answer new. Pages awaiting verification carry a maintenance notice.

Use the correction link on a guide to identify a problem. Please include the page, the disputed detail, and a source. Confirmed corrections stay at the original URL and are recorded in its change history.
